Dick Wagner  has served the disaster restoration industry for over 16 years, providing disaster recovery services to both regional and national clients. Dick Wagner brings expertise in Structural Drying, Environmental Inspection, Remediation, and Fire and Smoke Restoration. He also brings extensive experience in Personal Contents Inventory and Replacement Cost Pricing for the Insurance Claims Industry.

He held the position of National Sales Rep for an Electronics Restoration Company and was promoted to National Sales Manager of the Contents Inventory and Valuation Division. Prior to joining CDT, Wagner was the General Manager for over five years for RestorePro, Inc, a regional disaster restoration company in the Midwest. As GM, he was directly responsible for Administration, Sales and Marketing, and actively participated in the review and analysis of the monthly financial reports. He held the position of National Sales Manager of CDT Companies, Inc (Commercial Drying Technologies) from March 2007 until July 2011. He has also provided specialized consulting for the restoration industry since 2007.

Mr. Wagner is approved in Ohio and Pennsylvania as a Continuing Education Instructor, and has taught over 2,000 insurance agents, over 1,000 real estate agents, and over 300 Ohio licensed plumbers on topics such as Mold, Structural Drying, Fire/Smoke Damage Restoration, and Contents Restoration, Inventory and Replacement Cost Pricing. He has also been providing one-on-one consulting for disaster response contractors for the past two years, helping clients expand into commercial and institutional disaster emergency response opportunities.
